Senso-Baby (Pty) Ltd. Shipping Policy

(Effective: 09 August 2025)

1. Shipping Partners & Costs

• Courier: Fastway Couriers (eWallet system).
• Shipping Rates:
  • National: R130 (incl. VAT).
  • Free Shipping: Orders over R500 (incl. VAT).
  • No Shipping: Collection option available in Centurion, Gauteng only.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

• Dispatch: Orders ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Fridays only.
• Delivery Estimates:
• Gauteng: 1–2 business days.
• Major Cities (Cape Town/Durban): 2–3 business days.
• Regional Areas: 3–5 business days.

3. Order Tracking

• Tracking Numbers: Sent via email once dispatched.
• Notifications: FastWay provides SMS/email updates.

4. Shipping Restrictions

• PO Boxes: Not serviced by FastWay.
• Remote Areas: Additional fees may apply (quoted pre-checkout).

5. Lost/Damaged Packages

• Claims: Report within 7 days of delivery to senso.blanky@gmail.com.
• Resolution: FastWay investigates; refunds/replacements issued if liable.

6. International Shipping

• Currently not available (South Africa only).

7. Returns & Exchanges 

• Defective or Incorrect Items: Client to cover return shipping. Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items by the seller (Senso-Blanky) will have shipping fees reimbursed (Proof of Payment must be emailed to senso.blanky@gmail.com). Approved refunds will be paid in 7 working days.
