1. Overview

Welcome to Senso-Blanky (Pty) Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your use of our Shopify store and services (the "Services"). By accessing our store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Removed EU-specific clauses (irrelevant for SA).

  • Added CPA compliance for consumer rights.

  • Clarified local jurisdiction (Gauteng, South Africa).

2. Access & Account

  • You must be 18+ or have parental consent to use our Services.

  • South African customers: By purchasing, you warrant that you are buying for personal/household use (not resale).

  • Account security: You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Products

  • Handmade variations: Colours/textures/print images may differ slightly from website images.

  • Hygiene note: Due to health regulations, used baby products cannot be returned unless defective.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.

4. Orders & Pricing

  • Orders are offers to purchase – acceptance occurs when we confirm via email.

  • Prices in ZAR (VAT incl.) and excludes shipping (calculated at checkout).

  • Errors: We may cancel orders with pricing errors and notify you.

5. Shipping & Risk

  • Courier: Fastway Couriers (delays are not our liability).

  • Risk transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • International orders: Customs/duties are your responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • CPA applies: Returns only for:

    • Defects (6 months)

    • Direct marketing cancellations (5 days)

    • Unsuitable items (15 days)

  • Non-returnable: Used/open baby products (teethers, blankets, dummy clips, burp cloths, face cloths, etc.).

7. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, logos, and content are ours (or licensed).

  • Restrictions: No commercial use, copying, or reselling of product images/descriptions.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use our products for commercial resale without written consent.

  • Reverse-engineer our products.

9. Liability & Disclaimers

  • SA law applies: We’re not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits).

    • Product misuse or third-party actions.

  • Products are "as is" – no warranties beyond CPA rights.

10. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: Disputes resolved in Centurion, Gauteng courts.

  • CPA compliance: These Terms don’t override your statutory rights.
